School Fee Rules

TERI Public School in Kurukshetra follows standard school fee rules regarding payment, refunds, and structure. The school fee structure includes one-time admission fees, monthly tuition fees, imprest money (refundable),transport charges and additional yearly charges.

Components of fee

  • Admission Fee: One-time, non-refundable, paid at the time of admission.
  • Tuition Fee: Core academic fee covering instruction and resources, usually paid quarterly or annually.
  • Composite Fee: For upgrading school infrastructure , extra co-curricular activities (non-refundable and to be paid annually).
  • Imprest Money: (Refundable deposit), returned after the student leaves the school and all dues are cleared.
  • Miscellaneous Charges: May include transport, books, uniforms, and activity fees.
  • Transport charges: Applicable as per distance and fuel charges.

 

  • Fee Regulation and Compliance-Fees is approved by a committee and  below the limit of 10% increase over the previous year.School is complying with CBSE Bye-Laws and state fee regulations.
  • Fees for board examinations are paid separately at the time of registration.
  • Non-refundable fees include prospectus, school-kit, development, and registration fees.
  • Late payment may attract additional charges as per school policy.
  • Admission can be cancelled if documents are not submitted within the stipulated time, and fees may be forfeited.
  • Fee refund rights are reserved under the management committee.
